Another week creeps by and more progress is made. With beta testing going ahead this weekend to iron out bugs, we're looking smoking. This week, we've managed to get the most of the Time Lord race abilities in, retuned certain features, refined little quirks and generally given the scripts a bit of a polish.
Moods are now both in; triggered if you're not performing to your peak as a do-gooder or evil-doer and curable with a quick relaxing float about in the Zero Room.
The Regen Cycle has been removed from its quest script and reiterated as an Actor effect allowing a bit more flexibility.
And finally, we've pulled the plug on the Sex Change. Whilst the notion of giving a 3% chance to change sex during regen was a lovely little nod to the Doctor's memories of the Corsair, there was unfortunately an issue with stopping us from removing headparts. Needless to say, this includes beards, so no gender swapping biogenetic replication for y'all am afraid.
As usual, Spyduck's asset work on a few of the new rooms is lovely; you were teased to a snippet of the Zero Room, and the Library is just fantastic (think Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS, mixed with our own take...).
Once the final spit and polish has been added and bugs have been ironed out, we'll throw it up for all to enjoy.
